Product Description

When I heard that Roxanne Quimby, co-founder of Burt's Bees, had gone to Italy to study pasta-making, I knew that something good had arrived on the Maine food scene. Produced on Quimby's Raven's Nest Salt Water Farm in Gouldsboro, Maine, this pasta is as appealing to the eye as it is to the palate. A cage-free flock of hens provides eggs and ingredients such as kale, beets, chives and garlic, are grown in the farm's extensive garden.  Golden yellow semolina flour adds a nutty flavor to the vegetable purees. Imagine fresh mussels on the garlic & chive pasta.  A fresh green salad.  A chilled bottle of white wine.  12 oz bag
