We are a tiny company with 2 phones, 2 computers and a small team of hard-working elves who make jam, shovel snow, brew excellent coffee, feed the birds, ring up sales, hand-write gift cards, box up orders for shipping and answer the phone and e-mail. We are here almost every day of the year, including weekends, and are happy to prepare custom gift boxes or packages, schedule shipping to suit your wishes--indeed, attempt to grant your every (reasonable. . . .) wish. Shipping
Shipping rates reflect ever-rising costs in packaging and safely shipping heavy, breakable jars, and is calculated based on the subtotal to any single address. Cost is based on the order total and the geographic destination: the more distant from Maine, the more expensive.

At Nervous Nellie's we reuse, recycle and compost. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable and your package may arrive in a serviceable, recycled box. We do what we can to reuse materials and be thrifty.
