Alison McMillan is a school teacher in Damariscotta, Maine and has been making a delicious concoction known as Maple Pepper for more than 20 years. Use these blends just the way you would salt or pepper for an extra bit of flavor; each jar is net wt 3oz.
Original -- Tasty blend of pure maple sugar, fresh ground pepper, and sea salt.
Garlic -- Maple, pepper, sea salt, and garlic.
Habanero -- Maple, pepper, sea salt, and habanero chili.
I found this product in a store in New Hampshire, and I've been using it on all my food since. The Garlic is my favorite, but I've recently started using the Habanero in my Bloody Mary mix!
